I can not recommend JTS Clothing enough!! I was nervous about buying online without knowing a size that would fit. I’m not your conventional size, thankfully JTS have amazing customer service!! My first order was too small but the quality and value was excellent. I emailed asking for their support and the response I got was excellent. Karen Hall sales director went above and beyond to help me. I have now purchased the JTS Scarlet Jeans which Karen recommended and they are perfect. I will definitely be purchasing again Thank You Karen

Went to JTS today to find some new gear, I’m only 5ft, but they found stuff that fitted really well. The staff were really helpful sorting out gear for me, Even made me and my partner a cuppa. Will go there again

Recently visited the store and welcomed by friendly, knowledgeable staff that helped me with the purchase of my Kevlar jeans, extra long leg too. Highly recommend!

I purchased a complete set of safety equipment from JTS (helmet, gloves, jacket, trouses and boots). Unfortunately, a few days later my circumstances changed and I was no longer able to purchase a motorbike. I contacted JTS and requested a refund, minus the helmet, as I appriciate its not feasible to resell a helmet which has left the store. I was told to bring the items to the store, the manager would inspect them and I would be given a refund. However, despite the items never being used or even leaving my home, the manager (Karen - That is her actual name), extremely rudely insisted, and I quote, "You are taking the p**s, these items have clearly been used", I explained to Karen that I had tried them on once at home but had not actually used the items. Needless to say, she refused to refund the gloves, trouses and boots, and was exceptionally rude and hostile throughout the interaction.

Would highly recommend JTS. Fantastic range of stock with the best range of sizes I’ve seen. Stock a lot of their own brand gear which is high quality ( brought some JTS jeans) and stock a lot of the big brands too. Staff couldn’t do enough to help, private car park at rear, good value for money. Best shop I’ve been to for gear by a mile.

An amazing bike gear shop. The staff are really friendly & helpful, willing to help you with anything whilst keeping a smile on their faces. Their stock gave me no trouble, and they host a variety of badass gear. Definitely recommend, more than any other shop i've been at.

Worth the trip! A far better place to get gear over the other larger retailers. A great personal service super friendly and none pushy! Will be making the trip again.
